Have you ever had that feeling of unease that may come in waves, whether that be mild or severe, and it is usually followed up by someone in proximity to you saying these key words, “Just relax and everything will be easier”. You will almost undoubtedly feel so stupid for not realising the solution was super straightforward and all you had to do was essentially tell your brain to sit silent and breathe at regular controlled slow-paced intervals. Did it work? If it did you should probably stop reading this now because carrying on will only give me anxiety and if it didn’t work you should try and relax before attempting to read this, I recommend meditation and breathing slowly. If it did work and you still want to carry on, then you are most likely a sociopath and I commend your efforts to try and baffle me with your persistence and remarkable ability to focus your mind. However, if you fall into the fourth category and it did not work, yet, you still want to carry on reading the rest of this blog, then I implore you, to not worry about the front door being locked, you’ve already checked and it definitely is. It really isn’t worth your time checking, trust me.
